He completed a rotating internship at Lancaster Osteopathic Hospital before finishing a general surgery residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania. Afterward, he pursued an orthopedic surgery residency at Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Dr. Fox enjoys attending football games (Go Saints!), boating, playing golf, and spending time with his four children and two grandchildren. He attends Shoreline Church in Destin, Florida. Dr. Fox is also the team physician for Niceville High School and Northwest Florida State College. He volunteers for Crossroads and Hope Free Medical Clinics. Dr. Fox is also a founding and active member of the Caduceus Society.
